“Better makes BIGGER but bigger does not make better”
I came across a reel from Hormozi this week that shared this message — and it slapped me like a gentle glove in the face. I’ve been reframing the next month ahead of the doors opening for my Brand Video Accelerator program - and this is what I needed to hear.
What if instead of focusing ALL my efforts on visibility and list growth, I doubled down on making the program actually 10x BETTER - not just bigger? How can I make the way I serve my students BETTER? The way I anticipate their needs better? The resources they can access better? Created a GPT specifically for them? Created ways to keep them going on the journey to creating their Brand Video (honestly this hasn’t been an issue - they’re on fire! But I know I’m bound to have students who need the extra push).
How can I improve my processes and make them more efficient?
Yes, exposure is important but making your business truly BETTER is a sure way to make your business BIGGER.
