In this episode of Empire Secrets (Empire Diaries), I share how I’m seeing my business in a completely new way. There’s been this shift! I’ve moved from the big, lofty financial goals – pressure and stress and anxiety – to something deeper, a lot more meaningful. And I’m embracing what will be my new word for 2025 (or two, really) “unshakable joy.” I share so much more in the episode!

I also talk about the new 12-Week Year! It’s a system I swear by—breaking the year into manageable chunks. I’m reworking my signature course Brand Video Signature and creating brand new GPTs (so excited about this!!), building a new ad funnel, pitching bigger podcasts and getting all my finances in order.
